The Role
We want to empower the studio landscape, utilizing never-before-seen streamlined, cutting-edge technology. This empowerment comes with maximizing studio/production efficiencies individually and as a whole to facilitate creation of the world's best streaming content. We're looking for a Training Specialist who embodies this passion for change with a keen knowledge of what technology can do for our studio now and in the future.
The Training Specialist will be responsible for presenting technology (application) training curriculum tailored to all levels of studio employees. This person will report to the Program Manager, Training, and will assist in driving studio education and adoption through broad and 1:1 in-person training sessions and by providing feedback on function/feature needs throughout the studio apps ecosystem. He/She will need to have a strong passion for technical training, whilst understanding the challenges of production management within the entertainment industry.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Present on-going curriculum to audiences big and small, including 1:1 overviews.
• Become an expert in studio apps, understanding their release cycles and socializing new features.
• Assist in the creation of training media -- documentation, video, web-based hands-on tutorials, etc.
• Develop relationships with new employees to aid in onboarding and technical training.
• Evangelize the advent of new technologies and their benefit to studio workflows.
• Suggest and socialize new workflows to facilitate individual and studio-wide change management.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 years directly on-set in production and/or at a studio.
• Strong presentation skills, strong material design skills.
• Excellent 1:1 relationship skills.
• Experience with G Suite and other progressive cloud-based platforms.
• Strong desire to navigate change management.
• Affinity for content production and finding efficiencies within.
• Passion for new ideas and helping others overcome legacy ideals.
• Flexible amid an ever-changing and growing environment.
• Willingness to run lean with a DIY mentality.
