You are an experienced Talent Coordinator who deeply understands the idiosyncrasies of coordinating workflows. For you, Talent Acquisition is a priority and you understand the importance of efficiency while also optimizing for the candidate experience. You love a good challenge and work collaboratively with your partners to provide creative solutions.
In this role you will:
• Partner directly with our Talent Acquisition and hiring teams to coordinate very complex interviews at a high-volume
• Facilitate an outstanding candidate experience by ensuring seamless transitions throughout the interview; Proactively anticipate the candidate's needs so that they can focus solely on being their best self
• Work with many full calendars requiring you to communicate with many partners to create the ideal on-site experience for our candidates
• Act as a thought partner; use exceptional judgment in navigating a variety of challenges that may arise throughout the candidate journey
• Provide and receive feedback to fine-tune coordinating workflows, elevate the candidate experience and build on partnerships
• Work with a sense of urgency without compromising on the quality of your work
You are:

• Bold, articulate and direct in communication
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1 - 2 years minimum in a recruiting or coordination related field
• Intermediate skill level with Google Calendaring and Email
