Netflix is looking for an Amsterdam based Talent Coordinator to join our EMEA recruiting team. For us, Talent Acquisition is a priority, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about recruiting and realizes the impact it can have on the business. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating onsite interviews and delivering a seamless candidate experience from interview to hire. You will have the opportunity to interact with candidates from all over the globe, and will help define what a strong candidate experience looks like for our growing EMEA HQ in Amsterdam.
In this role you will:
• Partner directly with Recruiters, Researchers, and Hiring Managers to coordinate interviews and meetings
• Be a trusted liaison and partner to the business, candidates and external vendors
• Prioritize, organize, and manage multiple complex schedules and projects efficiently, especially in a fast paced environment
• Provide a concierge travel experience for candidates coming from all over EMEA, manage travel agency, vendor and hotel partnerships
• Work with cross-functional internal partners to drive a world class candidate experience (Facilities, Employee Services, Executive Assistants, Client Technology Services, etc.)
• Partner with Recruiters and Researchers to support Talent Acquisition events and networking functions

Skills
and Experience:
• BA/BS required or equivalent higher education degree
• 2-4 years of equivalent experience
• HR and/or client service experience ideal
• Effective vendor management skills
• Intermediate skill level with Google Calendaring and Email or Workday is strongly preferred
