We're currently on the hunt for a stunning Talent Acquisition Technology Manager. You'll be responsible for operationalizing recruiting tools/integrations, developing analytic dashboards and be solutions oriented with an out of the box recruiting approach.

In this role, you will:
• Operationalize the technology needs of the recruiting team - identifying needs, determining solutions and integrating tools and systems
• Partner with internal and external teams to deep dive on trends, opportunities and build projects to continuously improve the effectiveness of the operations
• Ensure data integrity by understanding business workflows and back-end data structure
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards. Build the analytics infrastructure to identify macro and micro trends
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to assist with problem solving
About you:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with changing information
• Advanced level Excel and data management skills - Tableau skills preferred
• Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross functional team members
• You can distill and translate technical languages developers speak and also translate back to them the business needs
• A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem solving
• Have implemented various HRIS/ATS systems or recruiting tools while delivering internal KPIs
• 5-10 years of experience within Talent Acquisition or HR operations
