The goal of the Systems and Innovation team is to innovate our Marketing pipeline by empowering workflow improvements, tool creation, and automation. We work collaboratively with Marketing stakeholders, business analysts, and software development teams to implement change and scale our creative marketing operations.
As a Systems and Innovation Manager, you will Program Manage the delivery of processes, projects, and tools that optimize our Creative Marketing pipeline. You contribute to the company's success by driving internal decision making, implementing organizational improvements, and optimizing how we work. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Facilitate interactions between team members, internal partners and external partners with focused meetings, agendas, and guided conversation.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams across Netflix to launch new products, features, and workflows.
• Identify the right subject matter experts/stakeholders for projects.
• Hold team members accountable for delivery.
• Lead multiple projects with shifting and contending priorities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, provide critical issue management, anticipate and make trade-offs balancing the business needs versus constraints.
• Triage and solve issues.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team and cross-functional teams to ensure effective rollouts of new operational capabilities and technology.
• Distill product requirements into actionable items for team members.
REQUIREMENTS
• 10 years of software project management or program management experience.
• Experience collaborating with a wide stakeholder base (100 people).
• Experience driving change management and leading by influence in large, cross-functional environments.
• Proven track record of operational process improvement in entertainment or media.
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment supervising several projects in various points of production (research, conception, development, and implementation.)
• Highly organized, efficient and detail oriented
• Comfortable with a fast pace and constant change
• Team-player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
