This is a Full Time Job
We are seeking a Stage Specialist to join our growing Studio Management team. This position will be housed in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The position will be responsible for serving as a liaison between Studio Management and Production on a daily basis. The goal of this role is to elevate the client experience and provide the highest level of customer service possible.

This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker and able to exercise good judgment and communication.
Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
• Oversee production requests, vendor services, stage and facility logistics on a daily basis
• Provide consistent communication, report studio activity, potential problems, and solutions to the Sr. Operations Manager and Operations Team
• Establish effective working relationships with all production (client) departments, vendors, tenants, and coworkers
• Monitor and maintain a Daily Stage Status report of stage/mill use by production and department
• Participate in walk through pre/post production stage and facilities inspection
• Participate in stage and studio property tech scouts and tours
• Provide guidance on stage process for Load In/Load Out and Shooting/Pre-light
• Coordinate Stage Power use with Rigging Electric/Electric departments, conduct safety check, turn shoot power on/off, turn HVAC units on/off and create Power Ticket for billing
• Coordinate 30-ton HVAC ducting, Red/Light Bell system, Wig Wags, cords and Meltric adaptor deliveries, set-up, pick-up
• Coordinate with Production departments on use of stage, engineering-perm loads, stage floor and anchoring
• Coordinate with Studio, production SPFX, Fire Marshal's Office, and State LP Inspectors Office on Fire Codes, LP Codes, permits, tests, use, and schedules. Enforce criteria for picture car use, placement, and storage on stage and mill.
• Coordinate Hazardous Waste and Waste Management container deliveries, pick-ups, set-up placement, weekly inspection sheet and PO's
• Coordinate Sea (storage) Containers and Mobile office buildings deliveries, pick-ups, and placement.
• Notify security of approvals for Gate access guest lists for Productions and Vendors. Enter Guests into Gateworks at the request of Clients & Vendors
• Assist Studio Operations, Productions and Security with Traffic control
• Respond to any phone calls, emails, etc. during off hours and weekends – re: Studio and Security related issues.
Qualifications
• Experience in entertainment-specific campus operational management, facilities management preferred
• Team player with an ability to supervise multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to be discreet and handle confidential information.
• Certifications in OSHA Aerial Boom, Scissor, Rough Terrain, and Warehouse ForkLifts, Hazmat training preferred
• Ability to repetitively move and transport up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, G-Drive, MS Word, Excel.
• Willingness to continue learning and the ability to pivot quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Willingness to take educated risks and think out of the box.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $58,000 - $230,000.
