As Netflix continues to grow and expand, we are looking for a talented team member to join the Transfer Pricing team. We are seeking a Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst reporting to the Manager, Transfer Pricing, to support the day-to-day operations of and provide tax planning and audit support on a diverse range of global transfer pricing issues related to the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (APAC tax team, legal, finance, treasury, accounting, etc.) and external advisors on transfer pricing projects
• Assist in gathering transfer pricing data in order to prepare and update transfer pricing documentation for legal entities in the APAC region
• Prepare responses on transfer pricing topics in the course of local country tax audits in APAC
• Assist in transfer pricing analysis and provide support in the development of the framework for our transfer pricing methodologies
• Research tax issues, prepare technical documentation and assist on special transfer pricing projects, as needed
• Draft and oversee review of intercompany agreements
Qualifications:
• 5 years of transfer pricing experience, including public accounting or industry experience
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Economics
• Exposure to US international tax principles is not required but is a plus
• Self-starter with ability to juggle multiple projects and produce high quality work product in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively interact cross-functionally and with external advisors
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including advanced features of Excel, PowerPoint, and tax research software and tools
