We are seeking a Studio Site and Services Manager to join our growing Studio Management and Services team. This position will be housed in Albuquerque. The position will be responsible for managing the studio facilities infrastructure, Preventative Maintenance Program, and more.

The Role

Responsibilities
• Resident expert in Studio Facilities Infrastructure and Engineering
• Provide leadership, vision and support to the Site and Services Facilities Team
• Create (and manage) best in class Preventative Maintenance program for the studio portfolio (ie. HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, FLS, Chiller Plant, ground management, etc.)
• BMS implementation and oversight
• 24/7 oversight and management of critical infrastructure systems and equipment
• Experience Project managing studio infrastructure capital improvement projects
• Experienced in reading and translating CADs / Blueprints
• Knowledgeable of stage infrastructure repairs and restoration to support Production
• Knowledgeable about sustainable infrastructure and practices
• Best Practices managing Hazardous Waste Materials
• Manage grounds and landscaping maintenance programs
• Experience managing electrical infrastructure projects
• Develop and nurture relationships with service vendors to maximize efficiency
• Experienced in managing vendor RFPs
• Manage and track repair and maintenance trends
• Oversight of emergency preparedness, inspections, and compliance
• Accustomed to working in a fast paced environment, able to multitask, and meet multiple tight deadlines
• Oversight and implementation of MEP management systems
• Create a positive atmosphere of professionalism and support
• Any other duties as required
Qualifications
• 10 years experience in entertainment-specific campus operational and facilities management
• Candidates will likely be in a Director role level outside of Netflix
• Expertise managing MEP Programs and Infrastructure
• Studio/Campus Safety Experience
• Working knowledge of building management systems and operating protocols
• Proven experience in creating and managing best in class MEP and maintenance programs
• Strong understands of Studio EHS regulations and local compliance
• A strategic leader that is able to communicate a clear vision
• Experience is creating and executing RFPs
• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills (OPEX/CAPEX)
• Studio design and construction experience a plus
• Problem solving, resourcefulness, strategic thinking and planning
• Local vendor rolodex a plus
• Team player with an ability to oversee projects in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Great communicator who can build strong working relationships with vendors, and internal and external partners
• Ability to be discreet and handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Gdrive, MS Word, Excel. AirTable a plus
• Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current production process and equipment and studios.
