We are pursuing consumer products and associated promotion because we believe it will drive meaningful show awareness/buzz with more tangible, curated ways to interact with our most popular content and in effect, drive long term revenue. We want licensed merchandise to help promote our titles and build them into franchises so they become part of the zeitgeist for longer periods of time.
That's where you come in. We're seeking someone to own the development and approvals of retail creative assets (e.g. promotion materials, signage and POP display) and brand/marketing consumer product materials. This will be someone who has creative sensibilities and strong understanding of retail visual merchandising.
Working Job Description
• Oversee the creative development and approval process for all creative executions at retail
• Provide feedback to licensees and retailers on submitted promotional materials (digital/social, trade, paid media and in-store signage), ensuring creative adheres to brand standards and meets partner objectives
• Manage freelancers and outside agencies in the the development of retail creative
• Partner with key stakeholders (Licensing, Retail Business Development, Operations) and other cross-divisional partners to align on strategies and program goals
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing Creative to develop strategies for and project manage consumer facing retail campaigns
• Ensure appropriate clearances are received from necessary internal parties (e.g. Legal, Content Services, etc.)
What We Need From You
• 8 years of design experience in branding, retail environments and advertising
• Understanding of retail environments, signage and POP displays
• Time and project management skills essential
• Knowledge of retail and industry trends
• Ability with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
