At the center of this is the Netflix Talent team, who are responsible for identifying, attracting and developing Netflix's team of stunning colleagues; the ambassadors of the organization around the world. The Talent team is growing quickly, and as a Recruiter you will develop, drive, and execute on the recruiting strategies that support our Netflix Talent organization.
The Role:
The impact of this role can't be understated. The successful recruiter will be passionate, self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary and prioritize, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. They will bring proven research, recruitment, relationship development, and project management experience to the role, having managed the full suite of talent responsibilities to attract senior leaders and manage varying stakeholders along the way. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and communication. As priorities across the talent organization can shift, the ability to pivot, flex and thrive in ambiguity will be essential to succeed.
What you will support:
• Source and evaluate high potential talent from under represented groups for networking dinners
• Identify and build relationships with passive talent for future roles, assessing both functional capability and potential for culture fit
• Map out talent movement and talent trends across the human capital spectrum (talent acquisition & development, OD, OE, wellness, HR business enabling, analytics, rewards, etc.)
• Conduct research and collect data on competitors in the marketplace to inform approaching candidates at the right time
• Prepare and present relevant insights that may impact recruitment efforts in certain markets or industries around the world
You are:
• Relationship building - must be able to interface with Netflix Talent VPs and external senior leaders, building trusted relationships with both
• Project management - must be skilled at driving projects to delivery; attune with varying stakeholders needs
• Ability to operate within ambiguity - the roles and profiles they will be asked to source for may not have clear cut skills to map from and they will need to turn abstract concepts into action
• Deep sourcing skills utilizing a variety of tools/techniques
• A research oriented recruiter with 8 years experience recruiting at the executive level; preferably in the Human Resources function
• An individual who leads with empathy, embraces our values, and approaches the talent function with business acumen; to operate holistically and enable our functions through our talent strategy
