Our Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) team specifically plays a key role in this effort, and we are hiring a Program Manager to support our efforts across the UCAN Region. This is a full-time position that will be part of the L&OD team based in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities
include, but aren't limited to:
• Assist with overall programmatic planning, operations, and communication
• Partner cross-functionally with teams to strategically scale management of initiatives
• Fully own the execution and day-to-day coordination of internally and externally developed learning and engagement initiatives
• Implement and improve processes that support implementation of programs and overall management of the regional learning plan
• Collect and analyze feedback on targeted program components
• Lead agile project management workflows and planning
• Maintain tracking of projects and key initiatives, working in close partnership with the broader Talent and L&OD team; familiar with Asana project management software
• Proactively manage tracking of all project activities to ensure deliverables are completed on time, risks are flagged, and key milestones are achieved
• Manage tracking of project budget and all associated spending
• Own contracting process with learning vendors, including the development of MSA and SOWs, in partnership with team lead
• Audit and approve vendor invoices
• Reside as primarily point of contact with vendors which support the region
• Create and manage communication framework to keep internal stakeholders informed on the team's work
• Work proactively to connect similar work across Netflix functional and regional teams
• Partner with our Learning Technology and Infrastructure team to proactively plan for digital learning needs

Preferred Experience:
• You've been a Talent program manager, project manager or program specialist
• You've had experience supporting and scaling large cross functional initiatives
• You've had experience planning and supporting large scale programs or broader Talent efforts, specifically within the culture evolution or Learning & Organizational development space
• Experience leading agile and design thinking workflows and operating methods
• Adept at use of survey and assessment tools to identify business needs and measure effectiveness of solutions
• Proven exceptional group process and facilitation skills
