Program Coordinator L&D EMEA
Netflix is recruiting for a Program Coordinator L&D EMEA who will partner with our Talent Team to support our rapidly growing teams in EMEA. The focus of this role is to be a spider in the web for the Talent team and offer proactive collaboration in co-developing, coordinating and executing activities to help create an inspirational, engaging and inclusive environment for people to learn and develop as we scale and evolve to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things.
The Program Coordinator will work with the Talent team across the region to coordinate and help execute the Talent team´s strategy. They will use their deep pocket of experience and ideas to help implement and execute a very transparent and tailor-made employee communication and HR projects. The Talent Team EMEA focuses outside in and we expect from the Program/Team Coordinator to be curious and aware of the latest trends which can help improve the way we work. This will require a Program/Team Coordinator who is quick on their feet, creative in their troubleshooting, confident and proactive in their communication.

Responsibilities:
• Support the Talent Team in executing and coordinating programs for onboarding, employee experience and inclusion & diversity
• Responsible for the coordination and organization of qualitative Talent data(i.e onboarding surveys, new hires check-in points, exit interviews, talent surveys) its analysis and recommendations
• Coordinate and executes 1-3-6 month(s) checks during the onboarding
• Support HR Director EMEA with (employee) communication
• Support the Program Manager L&D EMEA in the execution of L&D programs (i.e. conducting basic trainings) and with collection, compilation of reporting results of evaluation and ROI. Makes recommendations based on data to be used in continual program's improvements
• Work closely with other teams (ES, TA, employment counsel, country teams, US HRBPs) to efficiently be a resource to respond to questions, request or deliver info
• Operational support to the HRBP's with any future organizational change
• Be a consultant to the teams in creating the right type of material for specific needs (i.e. Google presentations, memo's, monthly updates, flowcharts, graphs and status reports etc)
• Gatekeeper for the planning of annual cycles (i.e. 360, compensation cycle) and support for drafting its communication
• Be a bridge with external stakeholders to be update with market development in terms of practices and innovative solutions
• Organise team meetings/calls, develops material for it, be gatekeeper for actions and monitor its progress
• Create and maintain a Team Drive with all relevant material, proactively enquiring also other global colleagues to share their existing material
• Point of contact for external suppliers (Strengthscope, Mayers Briggs, Mindgym etc)
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
