Netflix is looking for a motivated and dynamic person to join the Production HR Team. The Production HR Assistant will provide day to day assistance to the Director, Production HR - EMEA and LATAM as well as working with the wider regional Production HR teams to provide administrative support.
The ideal candidate will be focused and tenacious with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing and fast-paced environment.
The role is based in London but will work closely with teams across a number of offices including Amsterdam, Sao Paulo and Los Angeles.
The Role (Duties & Responsibilities):
• Executive Coordination including:
• Diary management
• Organising meetings
• Note taking
• Travel coordination
• Production HR Administration:
• Coordinate, facilitate, track and report on training for Netflix Original productions;
• Manage to Production calendarUpdate internal systems with Production HR information for all new and existing productions;
• Liaise with Physical Production Coordinators to gather and collate information on upcoming production slatesLiaise with the Netflix production teams and Production companies to ensure the correct information and documentation is provided to production companies during onboarding;
• Assist with managing the ER case tracking systems and generate reports Assist with coordinating local counsel as required;
• Ad hoc support with Production HR projects;
• Partner with the Production HR team to create presentation decks, charts, graphs, various materials as needed.
Qualifications

• Experience of working in an Executive Assistant or Senior administration roleAttention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a collaborative team;
• Will demonstrate tenacity, curiosity and initiative when problem-solving Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills;
• Strong computer skills, including Google docs;
• High ethical standards with demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information;
• Able to work effectively in an open, highly energetic and fast-paced environment;
• Effective oral and written communication skills;
• Experience of working across timezones in a large, global organization would be a benefit.
