The Product Creative Studio (PCS) team partners with global content creators, promotional peers, asset innovation teams and scaled production partners to define and develop the strategy for how our members continue to enjoy the platform and discover more stories they love. PCS endeavors to anticipate and overcome the complex challenges of an industry where change is constant and fast-paced, the PCS Producer sits at the forefront of our efforts to continually scale creative excellence across the region.
The Role:
We are looking for an Executive experience-level Producer, or equivalent, to join the Netflix Product Creative Studio team. This Producer role is a critical one that drives creative excellence while balancing data, Creative partnerships and delivery with key stakeholders: Strategy, Post Production, Creative Planning, Marketing, Content, Creative Studio and a global network of agencies and scaled creative production solutions.
As part of a team, you will produce high-end on-service promotional content, with a key focus on data-driven experimentation and innovation. You will also drive the operational and production workflows for titles across EMEA - with a particular focus on our growing and emerging regions such as Africa, Central & Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
A strong knowledge of moving and static image post-production is a must and experience of optimizing post-production workflows while balancing market and external stakeholder nuances is preferred.
Because you will manage multiple budgets, timelines and stakeholders it is a given that you will be highly organized, efficient, collaborative, partnership-focused, and possess an eye for detail.
You will need to manage difficult conversations with external partners while always maintaining a collaborative dynamic. You will be a single point of contact for cross-functional partners, and will continue to streamline the flow of information to establish a unified voice for asset development in the countries you will represent.
Responsibilities:
• Be the PCS production lead for titles across various EMEA countries with a focus on Central & Eastern Europe, the Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East, and Turkey markets.
• Guide and drive diverse teams towards the best creative result possible for our titles.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to produce compelling imagery and video assets.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to turn learnings into the enhancing and streamlining of asset ingest and delivery workflows.
• Have a strong understanding of Artwork and Video workflows, technical specifications and QC.
• Ensure the smooth delivery of all AV and Static Artwork assets on strategy, on schedule and managing associated budgets.
• Maintain a consistently high bar of operational excellence and facilitate the scaling of key learnings within the team.
• Build and strengthen ways of working with Creative Planning, Marketing, Content, Post Production and Publicity partners.
• Knowledge sharing with other global/regional Producers, contributing to improving and scaling regional workflows globally and implementing workflows in the region.
• Lead production briefing sessions for internal/external partners,
• Represent Product Creative Studio in cross-functional discussions around timelines, and deliverables.
• Update deadlines, assets, milestones and partners on project management tools and trackers to maintain clarity and ensure perfect deliveries in our fast-paced environment; & maximizing team members productivity.
• Ensure the effective deployment of Coordinators decked to titles and countries
• Ensure accurate and complete project billing.
The right skills:
• 10 years of complex production, client and stakeholder management in a creative production environment for audio/visual and digital artwork assets.
• Self-motivated leader and strong collaborator with the ability to maintain calm, make good decisions and work with constant ambiguity.
• Proactive, fast, and flexible problem-solver with superb time, resource, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional communicator: Ability to inspire and influence, and dexterity in presenting to internal cross-functional teams and external content partners.
• Leading without authority. A veteran in building strong relationships with trust and demonstrating effective leadership qualities.
• Familiarity and passion for entertainment creative development is a great plus.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with both technical and creative partners.
• Familiarity with tools such as AirTable and Monday.com, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and frame.io are a plus.
• Additional relevant languages and cultural insights a distinct advantage.
