Position Overview
We are looking for a coordinator to help the Nonfiction Marketing team on a variety of campaigns and departmental needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask, while working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You will be self-motivated, proactive, maintain a strong emphasis on organization, and an unwavering attention to detail. This is a demanding role that needs someone with good judgment, great communication, and the ability to implement effective systems. You will need excellent prioritization skills. Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Help with overall campaign and project management working with operations team to build schedules, asset collection for briefs, and helping complete SOWs
• Social Asset Organization: Internally, inputting social media assets into Socialite, our asset management system and, externally, setting up Dropbox links for talent tool-kits, and creating/sending templated social emails to talent reps
• Agency Management: Assist in managing external creative agencies, including scheduling meetings, typing up & relaying creative notes
• Help with internal task management such as helping clean up campaign presentations or memos
• Marketing Shoot Coordination: Assist in pre-production phase of marketing shoots, including building talent memos and communication, itinerary planning and coordinating general logistics work
• Budget & Finance Duties: tracking and organizing invoices and overall budget management, processing invoices, data entry, and setting up new vendors in our accounting system
• Cross-Functional Support: Help field requests from cross-functional teams
• Talent Support: Assist in all talent communication and support
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience working at a network, studio, creative agency or similar entertainment industry environment
• Tech-savvy with absolute proficiency in Google Workplace (formerly G Suite)
• Highly organized, able to effectively prioritize and respond accordingly to the shifting needs of the team
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting and doesn't wait to be told what to do
• Positive attitude and team player, especially when faced with changing responsibilities
• Comfortable working with executives at all levels of the organization
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000.
