Marketing Production at Netflix brings creative concepts and strategy to life at global scale through technical innovation.
We are looking for a Marketing Production Lead - Korea to lead a lean team of producers and operations managers in charge of creative operations, project management, creative production of best-in-class marketing campaigns for the Korea titles. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team of producers and operations managers with forward-planning to get ahead of workload spikes and managing workflows and other operational bottlenecks while working hands-on with campaign needs. This means that you thrive in an environment that requires you to bridge creative production needs from a leadership perspective and are a strong people leader. You are an avid user of both your left and right brain and a strong leader of teams.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, support, and cultivate a flat organization of creative production and operational professionals, while reporting into the Marketing Director, Korea.
• Plan and hire against headcount needs as business needs evolve.
• Establish broader creative planning and production frameworks for producers and operations managers to allow for planning ahead on high priority titles.
• Lead, plan and manage internal and external local integrated production communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and assets delivery.
• Be an expert and drive communications and best practices about best-in-market activations, in-market technical capabilities and cultural nuances back with global and regional teams.
• Manage localization, production process and creative approvals of advertising materials (including clearances, delivery, trafficking, etc.)
• Define, negotiate, communicate, implement and monitor technical quality standards and creative integrity on all project deliverables according to Netflix creative guidelines.
• Engage with and across cross-functional teams that will drive operational scale and improved quality for our marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
• At least 12 years of experience, preferably at an entertainment or lifestyle brand, creative or production agency with an emphasis on leading a team of creative production or marketing led project management.
• You are passionate and curious about leading a team, identifying operational challenges and providing solutions.
• You are a natural team leader, with the ability to empower your team to act like an owner conceptualizing and articulating creative production workflows.
• You're a systems thinker and look for ways to utilize technology to improve your team's output.
• You are analytical in your approach but know how to trust your gut when it comes to taking big bets with your decision-making.
• You thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.

• Professional proficiency in Korean and English is required.
