Responsibilties
• Lead a team of creative and media marketing professionals responsible for Films, Series, slate and brand marketing.
• Manage the overall calendar of marketing campaigns for original films & series, global films, and brand/service marketing campaigns.
• Responsible for the successful marketing of our titles in Korea and the creation of campaign strategies and assets that can travel outside Korea.
• Lead the prioritization and planning of K content slates for domestic and global markets.
• Provide direction and strategic guidance for campaign development, aligning it with business objectives.
• Contribute to the Korea marketing strategy as part of the Korea Marketing Leadership team and ensure effective execution.
• Build strong relationships internally and externally with cross-functional partners, industry stakeholders, talent, showrunners, directors, and production houses.
• Foster a culture and lead by example.
Requirements
• Strong experience in entertainment marketing, particularly in films, series, and content marketing.
• Demonstrated track record of creating impactful 360-degree campaigns that resonate with audiences and generate cultural relevance.
• Ability to strategize and execute campaigns across different channels and target audiences.
• Proven excellence in creative execution across multiple campaigns and brands.
• Deep understanding of consumer insights and their application to campaign strategy and execution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the media, entertainment, and cultural landscape and its influence on brand and content marketing.
• Strong organizational and management skills to navigate complex work environments, stakeholder dynamics, and campaign timelines.
• Openness to feedback, a learning mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Effective leadership abilities with experience in managing large, talented teams.
• Fluent English communication skills are essential.
