With over 125 million subscribers enjoying great content throughout the world, it is an exciting time to work at Netflix. Netflix now has more subscribers internationally than in the US, and we expect our international growth to accelerate. To sustain these growth efforts and build a truly global brand, it is critical that we continue to innovate and scale in our workflows with the wide array of post-production and localization vendors that contribute to our content.
Our legal team is therefore looking for an exceptional professional to support our Content Legal group located in Los Angeles, California. This Coordinator will work closely with the Post-Production and Globalization business teams to provide strategic advice, transactional support, and organizational efficiency. They will be responsible for managing the legal relationships around the world with dubbing studios, translators, and post-production facilities providing media processing, file conformance, visual and sound effects, and editing services. This support will include: drafting master service agreements, statements of work, and other legal documents; liaising with vendors to gather information necessary for legal vetting; tracking the execution of documents and arranging for timely renewals and amendments for existing agreements; interfacing with vendors to explain Netflix expectations, help resolve issues, and address contractual breaches; and conducting periodic reviews of vendor forms to ensure ongoing compliance with Netflix and legal requirements. The Coordinator will work cross-functionally with the many teams that make and use creative assets, including the Studio that makes our great content, Post-Production, Globalization, and other legal teams.
