The Opportunity
Manager, Global Corporate Events role will be part of the Guest Experience & Hospitality team. This role focuses on executing the full hospitality programs across all Netflix live events as well as third party client hosting. This includes a variety of events, such as: Netflix partnered live events, Netflix owned live events, and third party cultural events. In this role, you'll work alongside senior leadership and a cross-functional team to ensure all hospitality touchpoints reflect the event strategy, providing a welcoming, seamless, and memorable environment for every guest.
What You'll Do:
• Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the event hospitality program including but not limited to sourcing venues and vendor research/contract negotiation, hotel room blocks, transportation, hospitality lounge creative build, gifting, VIP and executive management.
• Work cross-functionally with key partners and stakeholders (events, publicity, ads marketing, ads sales, creative marketing)
• Manage attendee experience and operations holistically.
• Ensure all guest touchpoints-from arrival to departure-are seamless, welcoming, and consistent with events team standards.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and executive leadership to identify third party event experiences that align with our business goals, deepen client relationships, and ultimately enhance the company's reputation within the industry
• Communicate directly with talent representatives and executive offices
• Identify opportunities to better scale hospitality at our events
• Create, manage and reconcile budgets/invoices.
• Own post-event analysis; gathering feedback and evaluating the success of events based on established goals.
• Maintaining event standards and up-leveling based on feedback and past events.
What You'll Need:
• Direct experience with VIP and client hospitality and hosting. Curating impactful experiences for clients, guests, and VIPs
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized service.
• Excellent communication skills verbally and written, highly organized and demonstrated ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships and to interact confidently with clients, guests, and internal partners.
• Extensive project management experience with the ability to actively manage/execute numerous projects at one time.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Attention to detail. Meticulous in managing logistics, guest lists, and hospitality standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of delivering complex events on time and within budget.
• Willingness to travel (up to 30%).
• The desire to consistently innovate, proactively bringing new ideas to the table – both strategically and in execution.
• A creative thinker who can problem solve and work independently.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience, preferably the majority of that experience in hospitality or events at a network, agency or studio.
• Experience in client hosting across internal events and external cultural events
• Proven track record leading and managing complex projects and bringing new ideas successfully to fruition.
• Proficient in Google suite, salesforce and airtable
• A creative problem solver with a point of view. Demonstrated ability to think innovatively - connecting the dots when others cannot.
• Strong background interfacing with talent and executives
• Existing relationships with hospitality vendors and venues

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $160,000-$200,000.
