THE OPPORTUNITY:
Netflix seeks an experienced, self-motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Tax Team. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and significant initiative. This role will be based out of our Los Gatos office and will report into the Director of Domestic Tax.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• General administrative support to the Tax Directors based in Los Gatos
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating events for the Tax team
• Organizing and gathering documentation and assistance with developing operating protocols and procedures
• Maintaining the Tax departments internal website
• Support to the Tax team on systems and automation projects
• Other tasks and projects as they arise
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 years as an executive assistant, providing support to a team (rather than an individual);
• Experience with Tax is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task working in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Willingness to tackle matters outside area of expertise and be a collaborative team player
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, docs, calendar) and Microsoft Office
• Self-starter, eager to learn and grow professionally
