Netflix is seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to support the HR Business Partnership team for Content and Studio Operations. This position plays a very important role in supporting the overall effectiveness and impact of the Content and Studio Operations Talent team, partnering closely with the organization's HR Business/Talent Partners and central Talent teams. The EA plays an important part in managing agendas, holding team members accountable to action items, coordinating onsites/offsites, and establishing working relationships inside and outside of the group.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. The EA's responsibilities include managing complex calendars, planning and organizing events, coordinating domestic and international travel & associated expenses, editing key memos and presentations, and working with a large volume of assistants across the Talent department and Content and Studio Operations orgs. A successful candidate is a strong communicator, highly detail-oriented, with the ability to make judgment calls and move quickly.
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in a fluid, fast-paced environment is a must. This position is based in Los Angeles, CA.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Proactive management of calendars, travel, and expenses
• Scheduling complex meetings and calls
• Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
• Creating presentations, documents and spreadsheets using Google Suite
• Assist with project management and program management as needed
• Coordinate team offsite events, meals and activities
• Maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives
• Supporting onboarding of new team members across Talent and the businesses we support
• Act as a thought partner to executives
Qualifications:
• 7 years of experience managing multiple executive calendars
• Strong writing, presentation and analytical skills
• Responsive and able to work flexibly across multiple time zones
• Able to stay calm under pressure and work on short deadlines
• Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple calendars/projects, and switch easily between tasks
• Proactive and independent, with strong judgment and ability to make decisions quickly
• High level of integrity and discretion
• Prior experience and an interest in HR is a huge plus
