The Specialist position is part of the Talent Experience Operations (TEO) team within Talent focused on support and delivery. Responsibilities:
• You will act as the Subject Matter Expert on the Employee Services Team in responding to employee questions related to benefits. You will draw insights and learnings from front-line communication with employees to inform the Benefits Team's work.
• You will take the lead on supporting employees with escalated and complex benefit inquiries and issues which involve researching, partnering with stakeholders and the Benefits Team and reaching a resolution in an empathetic and timely manner.
• You will partner closely with the Benefits Team to stay close to the strategy, roadmap, and partnerships with vendors and stakeholders.
• You will work closely with our external and internal stakeholders (HRIS, Payroll, HR Generalists, and benefits broker/consultants) to ensure accurate data exchange and effective operations of our UCan (U.S. and Canada) benefit and retirement programs.
• You will lead the employee-facing aspects of our annual Open Enrollment and other new program launches in close partnership with the Benefits Team.
• You will provide feedback and partner with Benefit Analysts to enhance and update our internal and external benefits site as well as our Workday module.
• You will create and oversee Knowledge Management documentation to keep the Employee Services team informed of our offerings.
• You will partner with the Employee Services team to evaluate the NEW@ Benefits Episode and identify areas of improvement.
• You will be responsible for the data and insights from our Service Now ticketing systems as it relates to benefits.
Experience:
• 4 years in an HR Ops/Generalist role or a Benefits role.
• You have HR experience at entertainment and/or technology organizations (preferred but not required) or a similar industry that operates in a fast-paced and agile environment
