They lead the way in diverse and ever-evolving functions such as Marketing, Content, Business Development, Communications, Brand and Editorial, and Partner Engagement.
The EMEA Inclusion Director will have the immediate objective of establishing a presence as someone to whom leaders in the org can go to for support with regard to various diversity issues and how they lead inclusively; and in alignment with the global Inclusion team assess the current reality of diversity and inclusion in the EMEA region, what has been and is being done to advance inclusion and diversity (I&D), define and determine the representation of underrepresented groups, ascertain issues or pressing needs, and develop a plan to address these needs/issues.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Embed in and advise the EMEA teams on the inclusion and diversity needs within the organization and various offices
*Assessment of needs & strategic action planning
*Guide learning on I&D in EMEA in alignment with the global Inclusion Team's goals
*Advise E-Staff members overseeing the organization
*Facilitate group conversations to improve cross-cultural communications
• Partner with VP of Inclusion Strategy to design and implement the EMEA strategy, and ensure that organizational needs in alignment with strategy
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, & business leaders to ensure continued and increased diversity and cross-cultural competence of teams within the orgs in EMEA
• Work with HRBPs and other leaders on identifying and actioning on the day-to-day inclusion needs within their teams.
• Work with L&D on company-wide learning initiatives
• Support and guide ERG development in alignment with global ERG strategies.
• Develop engagement strategy for ICs and Managers so they feel that they are part of the education and efforts being made to promote I&D and that their voices and needs are being heard and acted upon.
• Engage and network with external groups and/or organizations within EMEA to gain knowledge of trends in the field and build partnerships to leverage I&D work at Netflix and the region as a whole
The ideal candidate:
• Has lived for an extended period of time or is from the EMEA region and will sit in the region (Amsterdam).
• Has solid experience leading I&D change processes within EMEA; has done the work of changing practices and policies within an organization to assure more inclusion
• Has worked with leaders advising them about how to demonstrate inclusive leadership and how to manage diverse teams
• Has ideas about how to improve the representation of underrepresented groups through outreach, hiring, orientation and onboarding in EMEA
• Can speak to some of the positives and challenges of introducing and managing I&D in different cultures and countries within EMEA
• Can develop and help implement strategic plans and execute on small and large initiatives
• Has strong facilitation and communication skills
• Proficient in English
