We are looking for a Director - HR Business Partner who will partner with several of our growing Corporate Legal teams across the globe. This position will be based out of Los Angeles, with regular travel to Northern California and occasional travel to international locations.
Our Corporate Legal teams play a critical role in supporting the business through growth and innovation. The team currently has over 100 employees around the world and is growing quickly. This role will support a diverse set of Corporate Legal teams, including but not limited to: Real Estate, Privacy, Litigation, Employment, and Marketing Legal.
The focus of the HR Business Partner role is to coach leaders and their teams, foster effective working relationships and partner alignment across the organization, and ensure our talent is able and prepared to accomplish amazing things. Experience:
This position requires a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR/OD/OE experience. Experience in more than one industry or business sector is highly desired, with particular emphasis on entertainment/media and technology. Previous experience working with business and legal affairs teams is highly desired.
