We are growing rapidly and looking for a Director - HR Business Partner who will partner with our growing Creative Production team. The role is located in our Los Angeles office and will be leading a small team of talented HR Business Partners. The focus of the role is to assess, coach and influence the business as we scale and evolve. We want to continue to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things.

You understand the business and the culture. Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR/OD/OE experience
• Experience in more than one industry or business sector is highly desired, with particular emphasis on entertainment and creative
• Previous experience successfully leading and growing teams
• Open to travel up to 50% (domestic and international)
• Experience working with global teams is highly desired
