Overview: At Netflix, we aspire to entertain the world and are constantly innovating on how entertainment is imagined, created, and delivered to a global audience. We currently stream content in more than 30 languages in 190 countries, topping over 240 million paid members.
About the role. Netflix's business continues to expand in new ways to serve our global members. Whether it's evolving how we offer best-in-class entertainment content to new forms that entertainment may take (games, live events, etc), at the forefront is a design org whose efforts help shape how those not only come to life in the product but also how they connect to and manifest across different customer touchpoints.
To help us achieve this, we're looking for a leader who can traverse at the highest levels of an organization, influencing, guiding, and inspiring multiple leaders and cross-functional teams (several outside their own) to deliver wildly beautiful, coherent, and effective creative across a spectrum of initiatives ranging from product concepts to live events.
This role is for those who can thrive under constant change against the highest stakes possible – it will require the individual to at once be a leadership whisperer, creative quality bearer, and multi-discipline chameleon who can quickly shapeshift to help collaborators achieve their goals.

• Demonstrated experience of real-world impact – clear examples of what your creative leadership has enabled, showing before and after impact on the businessProven track record for leading large-scale, multiple initiatives that required significant planning, context switching, creative direction, and leadership influence
• Proactive leadership and comfort with ambiguity – in this role, you will not often be told what to do or how to do something; you will instead a) be pointed towards a desired outcome, or b) identify opportunities and gaps on your own, with the expectation that you will work independently to identify partners / collaborators, develop an approach, and execute accordingly
• Relationship and trust building – candidates are expected to develop strong, trusting cross-functional relationships that help guide, inform, or support efforts; you must have and demonstrate deep collaboration, curiosity, optimism and positivity
• Verbal and visual communication – you should be an exceptional communicator and storyteller, able to help others understand often diverse, complex ideas in a clear, compelling, and business-aligned manner
