Netflix is seeking a seasoned people leader to Manage the Department Assistant (DA) team. Our team of Department Assistants are full-time employees who are qualified to provide administrative coverage for assistants at all levels, giving them a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with varying teams across Netflix. As a leader of the Department Assistant team, you will partner with our current team manager to continue to grow our team to adjust the changing business needs, improve the coverage experience as we scale, and directly manage the DA's to provide coaching and guidance to ensure they have opportunities to constantly develop.
In this role you will:

• Be an Analyst - You are curious about the business, analyze trends in recruiting and translate it back to the coordination function. You use data as signals to seek to understand more, share opportunities, influence others and help inform your decisions.
More about the requirements of the role:
• Minimum 3-4 years of people management and leadership experience
• Meaningful experience working closely with or managing a team of administrative professionals preferred
• You are obsessive about delivering an exceptional experience to create an everlasting impression
• You have strong project and program management skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a natural problem solver, and have an entrepreneurial mindset
• You are flexible with changing priorities of the business and can partner with our global partners when necessary
