Compensation:
$50,000 - $245,000 annually. Netflix offers a compensation structure that includes salary and stock options. Benefits include comprehensive health plans, mental health support, a 401(k) plan with employer match, stock option program, disability programs, health savings and flexible spending accounts, family-forming benefits, and life and serious injury benefits. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off, and full-time salaried employees are entitled to flexible time off.
Years of Experience and Education:
• A minimum of 3-5 years of combined experience in transportation, film, and television production.
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus or equivalent work experience.
Hard Skills:
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications.
• Experience in obtaining transportation-related regulatory approvals.
• Ability to automate workflows and manage data organization.
• Experience managing programs and projects.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on issues of diverse scope.
• Strong organizational and operational rigor.
• Capacity to build strong working relationships and interact with a wide range of internal and external partners and stakeholders.

Position Overview:
The Transportation Coordinator supports the Netflix Transportation team in the United States and Canada for self-managed and partner-managed film and series productions. This role entails ensuring effective implementation of the team's strategy, projects, and programs by supporting and guiding productions through their transportation responsibilities. Responsibilities include leading data organization, supporting team assignments, automating workflows, managing regulatory approvals, monitoring compliance activities, and maintaining team communication channels. This position requires regional travel as needed.
