Netflix Brand Design Lead
Members can watch as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, on any internet-connected screen.
The Marketing organization is looking for an experienced Brand Design Lead to help the company adopt brand systems that help grow and shape our brand equity around the world. This role will be part of the team responsible for charting the path for the Netflix brand worldwide.
The main purpose of this role will be to provide design thinking and expertise for both the Brand Team and cross-functional needs both internally and externally. You'll partner closely with your team's creative strategists, as well as company leaders to bring our brand to life through carefully considered branding, design systems, and strategic creative frameworks - always ensuring they are grounded in our brand strategy and create clear attribution.
Provide design and visual concepting executions for a variety of needs
that may include presentations, photo-comping of creative ideas, infographic & data visualization, and illustrations.
In collaboration with team leadership, develop and implement procedures to improve team workflow of design and visual art needs, and asset management.
Provide design counsel to global requests and questions, supporting the integrity of the visual brand system and architecture.
QA leadership for technical aspects of presentations, production of artwork, and fabrication if necessary.
Maintain consistency and streamline production process by creating templates, libraries, and additional support materials.
Have a design and branding point of view on projects and the ability to communicate effectively with the Brand Team.
Understand Brand Architecture and how it relates visually to departments, sub-brands or global regions.
6 years design experience at in-house brand team or creative agency. Global experience in entertainment, consumer products, or technology brand, are preferred.
Experience with complex design systems and their workstreams, including multiple physical and digital media, light to heavyweight executions, local cultural environments, and partnership with agency partners. Understanding of motion related design elements is a plus.
Knowledge of Marketing campaign workflows including print formats, TV, social and digital best practices. Ability to design and execute production files for print, outdoor, social media, digital applications, experiential activations, POP, collateral, retail environments, TV titles/end cards, props, ad kits, etc. Design, organize, and package Asset Kit Guides/Style Guides
Technical skills: Have retouching experience, proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Working knowledge of After Effects / Figma a plus.
Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types, independently seeing them through
Generate concepts for projects and design extensions for a campaign when requested - partnering closely with cross functional teams

Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills
Easily builds rapport with business leaders around the company to earn trust and ensure optimal outcomes and partnerships with the brand design team.
