Netflix is the leading provider of streaming video, much of it original content: features, shorts, series, documentaries, comedy specials and unscripted content.
The N-Tech, AV Builds team designs and commissions the company's technical infrastructure, provides direct support to Netflix Employees and Original Productions, and stays up-to-date with advancements in professional and consumer technology that can help evolve how work is done. Our engineers are subject matter experts who offer varied, yet overlapping backgrounds in conferencing technology, image and sound critical review environments, and professional exhibition of NFLX original content.
As we scale to support the needs of Netflix and all of the diverse partners, while continuing to foster industry-wide change, the AV team is building state-of-the-art technical facilities and environments to support both internal workflows, content production, and cutting edge enterprise facilities in an increasingly global working ecosystem.
The Coordinator, Corporate AV Builds, is responsible for keeping technical design, construction, and commissioning of such spaces on track. By documenting decisions and facilitating communication between engineers and stakeholders, project managers, vendors, and manufacturers, the Coordinator ensures alignment on the plans and their swift execution.
As part of the AV Builds group, you will:
• Provide day-to-day support for the AV Builds team from design to delivery of Netflix Technology Construction Projects
• Submit requisitions for approved quotes and proposals, per the direction of the Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Attend construction related meetings, both virtually and in person.
• Track PO's and reconcile invoices with vendors and internal finance teams.
• Document status of deliverables assigned to vendors and cross functional partners.
• Actively learn about new technologies.
• Find efficiencies and within our existing process, work to evolve and improve workflows.
• Communicate updates to the project team as prescribed by the Project Captain. Updates will be related to Schedule, Budgeting, Documentation, and Change Management.
• Have a clear understanding of construction or IT infrastructure project life cycles and be able to clearly communicate both verbally and written deliverables.
Requirements:
• Heavy experience in the AV/IT industry
• Bachelor's Degree, or Formal Project Management or Coordination Training
• Expert use of project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheets, and Monday.com.
• Strong customer orientation and a helpful, collaborative demeanor. (No Brilliant Jerks)
• Experienced in construction projects in an administrative role. And have a clear understanding of construction lifecycles. (You've got this, and can show us a thing or two!)
• Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced and demanding environment with many competing priorities.
• Proficient with Google Workspace including GCal, Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Sites.

• Ability to adapt and work well with varied personalities.
• Proven ability to function within high pressure team environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, but aren't afraid to ask the right questions when you need help.

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $100,000 - $700,000.
