Administrative Assistant, PR - APAC

With Netflix's growth and expansion across the Asia Pacific region, it is an exciting time to join the team. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to jointly support three regional PR leaders - the Director of PR, Australia & New Zealand, the Head of External Affairs, APAC, and the Head of PR for Southeast Asia. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organisation and an unwavering attention to detail at all times.

The PR team interacts with internal teams and external partners across multiple countries and timezones, so a high level of organisation is a must. Someone who is curious, demonstrates significant initiative, and inherently exercises good judgement will be most successful both in the role and at Netflix.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Schedule meetings, internally and externally across different regions and time zones
• Maintain calendars for executives
• Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing material
• Raise Purchase Orders and help to track payments to external vendors
• Create early drafts of contracts and sponsorship agreements for review
• Prepare decks for internal and external presentations
• Maintain a log to track projects and their status
• Coordinate international travel arrangements
• Administrative duties around processing travel and expense reports
• Manage various internal events/off-sites for the team
• Heavy communication internally and externally

Qualifications:

• 7 Years as an executive assistant supporting Directors or above
• Self-motivated and highly organised
• Team-player who operates in a fast paced team-oriented setting
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
• Understanding of how to prioritise and respond accordingly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Google Mail & Apps
