The Role
Netflix seeks an intellectually curious assistant to support business and legal affairs executives in Netflix's Original Family Film division, responsible for films like Tall Girl, Feel The Beat and The Half of It. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask and welcome the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization and a global environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, maintain a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail. The candidate must be comfortable challenging norms and finding ways to create efficiencies for this high volume team. This is an important role that needs someone with good judgment, great communication, and the ability to implement effective systems. The ideal candidate must be also very comfortable collaborating with cross functional team members and external business partners.
Responsibilities
• Heavy calendar management
• Processing expense reports and answering phones
• Making travel arrangements (domestic and international)
• Ad hoc project support/management
• Facilitate the e-signature process for the team
• Taking notes in meetings and circulating information to the greater team
• Event planning (e.g. offsites, internal team events, etc.)
• Other administrative support duties as required by the team
Qualifications
• 4 years experience providing administrative support and heavy calendar management for multiple executives, ideally for a studio, network or agency business affairs and/or legal affairs team
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workplace (formerly G Suite), AirTable and DocuSign
• Highly organized, able to effectively prioritize and respond accordingly to the shifting needs of the team
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting
• Positive attitude and team player, especially when faced with changing responsibilities
• Comfortable working with executives at all levels of the organization
