We are seeking a proactive detail oriented, team play who is ready to dive in and make an immediate impact in Digital Revenue function.
This position is responsible for effectively managing incoming campaigns on NESN's order management platform while providing support to sales, client services and finance teams during various stages of campaigns.
About You:
Motivated: You are a self-starter, creative thinker with the ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize accordingly.
Digital Revenue Expert: You are a subject-matter expert and will have intimate familiarity with digital strategy.
Relationship Builder: You strive to develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships with others inside and outside the client organization. This is especially important while managing billing issues/inquiries, processing payments and providing customer service regarding collection issues.
Details & Delivery: You are obsessed with the details. The success of the project depends on your attention to the little things. You keep everyone on schedule and on target, producing excellent work and on time.
You ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting of advertising campaigns, generating weekly revenue forecast reports.
You are well versed in reviewing contracts, sales orders and inventory management for campaigns.
You have experience providing pre-sales support by advising on media plans and terms & conditions when necessary. You also can review digital insertion order details and work closely with account managers and sales reps to ensure that the information is input accurately and is consistent with media plans.
You can assist with the digital billing & reconciliation process and in resolving billing discrepancies where needed.
You have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
You have 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Experience with digital ad sales revenue is a plus.
