Non-Theatrical And Group Sales Coordinator

NEON is an up-and-coming film distribution company. In the past three years it's created a niche for itself with exciting film, auteur-driven content and a slate of diverse voices.

The team is seeking a passionate, motivated part-time coordinator to assist with duties relating to the group and non-theatrical sales. This is a paid position with a flexible schedule (up to 30 hours a week).

Overview of responsibilities:

-Screen all titles in NEON's line-up in order to familiarize yourself and stay-up-to-date on all releases
-Conduct grassroots and organizational outreach and research for current and upcoming NEON releases
-Pitch our films to educational institutions and other non-theatrical organizations
-Keep track of and update catalogue of contacts for non-theatrical sales
-Create email blasts and manage individual conversation with film exhibitors and non-theatrical organizations
-Maintain and update spreadsheets with all necessary information regarding bookings and sales

The candidate we are looking must show immense attention to detail, impressive organizational skills, and possess the ability to self-manage and multi-task. Follow through on such tasks is of the utmost importance.
