We are looking to hire a vibrant and bubbly office manager/ personal assistant.
Job Description
Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Organize office operations and procedures
Coordinate all office equipment
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Provide general support to visitors
Responsible for recruiting staff for the office and providing orientation and training to new employees
Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance
Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
Manage Social media
Assist the EP with emails and correspondence
Create meeting agendas
Perform clerical and administrative work
Take lunch orders
Arrange conference calls
Book travels
Trouble-shoot tech issues.
Handle personal errands, such as making doctor's appointments, dropping off and picking up dry-cleaning, serving as a personal shopper, handling car repairs, as well as handling childcare responsibilities or organizing household tasks.
Requirements:
Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
Knowledge of business and management principles
Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
