Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Leader in support of the NBCUniversal Operations & Technical Services is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with HR partners and business clients, leading enterprise wide TA initiatives, personally delivering on operational recruitment activity and managing a team of recruiting specialists. This leader manages a team that supports sourcing and recruitment efforts in Operation & Technical Services, Information Technology, Business Services, West Coast Studio Operations, Global Security Operations, Engineering, Farcicalities and other groups.
Responsibilities
•Effectively manage a team of recruiters to deliver excellent results
•Wider contribution to overall management of TA team through seat on TA Leadership team
•Implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool
•Develop networking and referral base with Diversity and other NBCU affinity groups
•Proactively source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates. This includes posting jobs, pre-screening resumes, interviewing candidates both on the phone and in person, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the selection process
•Ensure OFCCP compliance with all recruitment work undertaken within client group
•Ensure accurate metrics and management information are available for account area
•Identify/clarify hiring specifications and competencies, document and confirm principal requirements to ensure accurate and detailed job descriptions, and develop action plans to maximize candidate sourcing
•Build strong relationships with Senior HR Leaders and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process across accounts
•Take complete responsibility for all recruitment activity in account area, including attending HR team meetings, and regular rhythm with stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Minimum 8 years full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on high-level/skilled and/or Entertainment/Media / Technology recruiting
•Management experience

•Strong knowledge of basic employment law and HR practices
•Experienced in behavioral based interviewing, pre-employment testing, and other innovative selection methods
•Aptitude in assessing intangible aspects of candidates accurately (candidate's fit with the position and with the company culture)
•Able to in work in a fast-paced environment and work with all levels of management
•Proficient with ATS system and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Internet savvy
