Job Purpose:
The Studio Production Manager reports to the Executive in Charge of Production and the Line Producer. The Studio Production Manager will be responsible for day to day operational duties in connection with the production set and offices on the Kelly Clarkson Show. This is a Run of Show position.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with HR and Accounting to ensure compliant processes.
• Coordinate with show guest teams on performances, animals, vehicles, and any specialty bookings
• Overseeing Safety on set and while working with internal safety dept and supplying reports.
• Point of contact for all crew for scene dock/transpo logistics
• Liaison for SFX dept on all set related activities.
• Assist Line Producer maintain crew grid.
• Assisting Production Coordinator with Call Sheet
• Lead daily Wrap meetings
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Manager in film or television
• Experience managing a team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Must be willing to work in New York City, NY
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

Additional Requirements:
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

In accordance with the production schedule, it is expected that this position will work about 46 weeks with an unpaid hiatus. The posted salary range is reflective of working for a full 52 weeks and will therefore be adjusted based on the actual schedule & weeks worked. In the event that the production schedule changes, you will be updated accordingly.
