Job Title: Senior Designer
Location: Universal City, CA (Hybrid: in-office minimum of three days per week)

Overview:
Fandango is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join their Creative team. This role will involve leading digital design projects, managing deliverables, and working closely with the Associate Creative Director to create high-quality designs for Fandango's entertainment brands.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Digital Designers' production workflow, asset sourcing, and deliverables.
• Provide design support to the Creative Content, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Represent the visual design discipline on multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring all creative team deliverables are met.
• Design for various platforms including web, mobile, and large-screen displays.
• Present ideas and design concepts to the Associate Creative Director using appropriate presentation techniques.
• Adhere to company design and brand guidelines, ensuring brand integrity across all projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry visual design standards and implement this knowledge in daily work.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong skills in design layout, typography, and creative problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of web, mobile, and responsive design best practices.
• Excellent project planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
