This is a Full Time Job
Perform daily functions of Payroll Operations to ensure efficient and timely processing of payroll, including planning and direction of workflow to complete the weekly payroll cycle in accordance with established deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll.
• Organize and manage payroll workflows to consistently meet processing deadlines.
• Research and resolve employee payroll inquiries submitted through AskHR and shared inboxes.
• Calculate hours, overtime, and pay adjustments to support accurate payroll processing.
• Process payroll transactions in line with established timelines and procedures.
• Serve as a trusted payroll partner by providing clear guidance to employees and managers on timekeeping and pay questions.
• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to support payroll processing needs.
• Support seasonal and high-volume business events (e.g., Halloween Horror Nights, New Year’s Eve, park closures), including special pay processing.
• Assist with timekeeping system updates, audits, and payroll-related projects, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Stay current on payroll practices, calculations, and compliance requirements related to worked hours and earnings.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• High school degree or GED is required; Certified Payroll Professional designation a plus or Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent work experience
• 3 years experience in a fast-paced, in-house Payroll environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Experience with Payroll Systems, preferably UKG and SAP
• Able to complete assigned tasks to meet processing deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, prioritization and communication skills
• Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of FLSA and Wage & Hour laws
• Detailed oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Able to maintain confidential information
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
