As Senior Director, Marketing Strategy, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how the future of the Peacock brand connects with audiences on and off platform. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing Strategy, you will lead high-profile initiatives that span from brand to partnership marketing strategy, championing the evolution of our streaming brand across marketing and platform teams, and beyond. You’ll bring a forward-looking perspective, able to think at an enterprise level to make decisions that shape how Peacock supports the broader initiatives and objectives at NBCUniversal.
The Person:

You understand the role that brand and IP plays in shaping audiences’ connections to our most critical franchises and properties. You are energized by solving complex problems, and skilled at building alignment across a diverse group of stakeholders. You inspire confidence and clarity, balancing creativity with business rigor. Above all, you’re passionate about the media landscape, and the work ahead to evolve it.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Drive Peacock’s brand strategy across company, ensuring everything we create and execute is anchored by our long-term vision and positioning approach.
• Lead end-to-end brand strategy integration into partnership marketing opportunities, inclusive of early-stage alignment, the launch of new device, distribution, and bundling deals, and ongoing oversight and campaign executions.
• Socialize and champion brand strategy into product-focused work streams and working groups, such as next-generation features, engagement and scale initiatives, and many more.
• Set and align brand strategy for offers, product marketing, pricing updates, and B2B business overviews.
• Partner closely with stakeholders spanning Marketing, Product, Distribution, Programming, Decision Sciences, and more, evangelizing our positioning approach to align brand into everything from UX to editorial moments.
• Lead the development of presentation materials supporting our brand strategy, such as annual/quarterly/ad-hoc briefs, executive reviews/all-hands, and partner marketing updates.
• Work closely with consumer insights to inform strategies and measure brand equity.
• Serve as a leader and mentor for junior strategists across the broader team, educating on the role of brand, while fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence.

• Proven ability to develop and execute complex, integrated strategies, and evangelize across a diverse mix of stakeholders.
• Skilled at weaving data, insights, and creative vision into masterful presentations that can inspire and align cross-functional teams, and drive decision-making.
• Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Experience leading teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
