This is a Full Time Job
Seeking a Script PA (Production Assistant) to work with all day to day operations as outlined below. This is a Run of Show position. This role will only be working 3 tape days per week. Schedule will be approximately 12 hours per day.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist Script and Production Supervisor with daily tasks
• Assemble daily show documents for proper departments
• Copy and distribute daily show documents to proper departments
• Track script revisions with Script and Production Supervisor and distribute to proper departments
• Upload necessary documents to Scenechronize as required by NBC Studio Ops
• Work with Production to maintain script supplies
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in Television Production preferably in the script department
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Must be willing to work in Manhattan, NY
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States

Additional Requirements:
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
