Responsibilities:
• Create, revise and distribute all pertinent show documents for entire production staff
• Keep fast paced control room environment organized and informed
• Deal with a significant amount of script revisions in a very limited time frame
Qualifications
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• 1 years experience working in News or other similar fast-paced live broadcast deadline environment
• 2 years experience in Television Production
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Final Draft and Scriptation
• Must commit to entire season and be ready and available to work long hours and weekends
• References from previous employers required
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Desired Characteristics
• Associates or bachelor's degree in television, Journalism or Communications preferred
• Knowledge of iNews computer-based television Production Program
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be organized
• Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize in very busy situations
• Demonstrate good “people skills” in order to interact with co-workers and producers
• Strong Grammar skills, accurate spelling and neat, clear handwriting a must

• Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

• Hourly salary range: $17.50 - $20.00
• The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours.
