Research Production Assistant
NBC Entertainment is seeking a Research Production Assistant to help support Late Night's Research Department. This is a 12 month part-time contractor role.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist researchers in creating packets of information about upcoming booked celebrities for segment producers
• Summarize guest appearances from other daytime talk shows and late night appearances
• Update and maintain department archive
• Listen to guest podcast interviews and highlight story points
• Help researchers with gathering news content and interviews for in-studio guests from magazines, newspapers and digital media when necessary
• Transcribe guest pre-interviews for segment producers occasionally and guest interviews from other sources for researchers

Qualifications/Requirements:
• At least one year of production experience or internship-related experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be willing to work up to 30 hours per week
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be willing to work weekends, nights as needed by show

• Robust production and/or digital experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Works well independently and have teamwork mentality
• Demonstrated ability to think clearly and quickly under pressure
• Flexibility to work a schedule that meets deadlines and requirements
• Familiarity with a wide spectrum of media sources (social, digital, print and television)
• Previous experience transcribing, logging and/or summarizing preferred

Additional Requirements:
• In-Person: This position has been designated as an in-person position contributing from the office.
• This position is a contractor role that is employed through Entertainment Partners.
• Hourly Salary: $17.00
