This is a Full Time Job
Responsibilities:
• Reception duties include answering phones, distributing mail, greeting visitors, registering guests, coordinating production runs/logistics, and communicating with outside vendors.
• Office duties include maintaining databases and internal documents, upkeep of Office & kitchen, tracking inventory, ordering and stocking supplies, and responsibility for general office Petty Cash/PCard.
• Hire, onboard, and directly supervise Interns.
• Facilities and Operations contact for heat/air, phone issues, general office maintenance, deliveries.
• Coordinate Talent requests and fulfillment of rider items, communicate with Page about Green Room needs, and facilitate studio desk coverage as needed.
• Assist with ordering crew catering.
• Schedule meetings/maintain producer calendars.
• Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 years television or Film production work experience preferred.
• Previous Reception or assistant work experience preferred.
• Must be proficient on Mac.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Entourage, Excel, Word).

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

• Knowledge and interest in pop-culture is a plus.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in very busy situations.

• Hourly $20.00
• The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours. Hours over 40 hrs/wk will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
