Job Purpose:
NBCUniversal Entertainment First Run Syndication is seeking a Producer to work with all day-to-day operations as outlined below for “The Kelly Clarkson Show.†This is a Run of Show position.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Generate, develop and execute unique, entertaining and compelling content weekly
• Communicate effectively with all show departments and external partners (publicists, reps, brands, guests)
• Manage all creative and production aspects of shows/segments (In some cases this means providing input only)
• Supervise a creative team
• Prepare show guests: conduct pre-interviews, brief guests on show days
• Report directly to the leadership team
• Take ownership of segments from booking through post-production
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of production related experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Pilotware and all prominent social media platforms
• Strong knowledge/interest in pop culture and relevant social causes

Additional Requirements:
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

In accordance with the production schedule, it is expected that this position will work about 41 weeks with an unpaid hiatus. The posted salary range is reflective of working for a full 52 weeks and will therefore be adjusted based on the actual schedule & weeks worked. In the event that the production schedule changes, you will be updated accordingly.
