Performance Marketing Coordinator, Fandango (NBC Universal)
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, the Performance Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing cross-channel digital and OTT campaigns across ad platforms like Facebook, Snap, TikTok, Google Ads, DV360, Trade Desk, Roku, Vizio, Samsung. Core responsibilities will include creative asset management and delivery, ad trafficking, audience list management and assisting with media planning, reporting and optimization. This role will touch a variety of digital channels, including those that employ programmatic buying. Channel purview includes but is not limited to paid social, paid search, display, video, affiliate marketing, and OTT media. It€™s the perfect learning opportunity for someone early in their career to learn full cycle digital media planning, growth marketing, execution, reporting, insight generation and optimization both within and across various digital ad channels.
• Request and organize creatives both with our internal design team and trafficking them to our ad platforms and agencies.
• Manage and upload audiences to platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat, Google, Liveramp and more. Participate in audience qualification and segmentation exercises.
• Perform reporting or use internal databases to answer business questions on a regular basis.
• Maintain calendars and internal trackers to keep internal and external stakeholders aware of releases and key initiatives.
• Collaborate within marketing, creative, merchandizing and ad agency/ad platform partners to execute campaigns around various film releases, sales or high-profile initiatives.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with external stakeholders, including our media agency, ad platform and other stakeholders.
• Collect & share competitive & industry trends, new technologies within the film/TV business and performance marketing arena.
• All other duties as defined by Performance Marketing leads.
Qualifications
/Requirements
• 1 years of marketing experience required, with agency experience preferred
• Familiarity with self-serve marketing platforms, such as Google and Facebook Ads.
Desired Characteristics
• Bachelor€™s degree preferred, with a concentration in marketing, advertising or another related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office €'' Excel and Powerpoint specifically
• Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organization
• Self -motivated and driven to exceed goals
• Excellent organizing, problem solving skills and scheduling abilities.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Understanding of the latest trends/challenges/capabilities in the digital marketing space
• Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative work environment
• Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality.
