Full Time Job
The Multiplatform Content Producer is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and supporting the creation and proper execution of Telemundo's content across digital & social platforms.
Job Duties:
• NBCUniversal is looking for an experienced multiplatform content producer passionate for entertainment content to work in the NBCUniversal Telemundo Hispanic Streaming business division.
• Works with an established team of online journalists, and is responsible for the creation of metadata, including SEO titles, descriptions, and tags for linear shows and franchises on digital & social platforms, including Telemundo.com, Telemundo App, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, and more.
• Works closely with vendors to coordinate and support the strategy for Telemundo Entretenimiento property across all digital & social platforms.
• Must liaise and communicate effectively with production teams and show producers to plan, coordinate, and execute deadlines, schedules, and procedures.
• Helps implement the digital strategy to meet KPIs, including video, revenue, and audience growth.
• Closely monitors analytics and content performance to refine strategy and optimize engagement.
• Plans and creates required taxonomy in the system to ensure all content is categorized accordingly and effectively distributed across digital and social platforms.
• Creates and coordinates weekly schedules for the Video Team to ensure the coverage of linear shows and important events.
• Responsible for the management of an entertainment editorial calendar with relevant key dates.
• Supports onboarding and training of video operations to new team members.
• Liaises with tech ops and other teams to troubleshoot video issues across VCMS, CMS, and other platforms.
• Responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in entertainment content creation.
• Minimum four-year college degree in Journalism/Mass Communication or equivalent experience in digital media, marketing or TV production.
• Must be available to work all shifts, including early mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, late breaking news, and hurricane emergencies.
• Communicate professionally with outside partners and company employees in various capacities.
• Must be a self-starter and proactive in issue identification and resolution.
Desired Characteristics:
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, under stressful situations and multi-task to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to effectively use strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in YouTube's CMS, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Adobe suite, MPX, CMS, Wildmoka, Slack, iNews.
• Should be curious and eager to develop and test new ideas.
Additional Requirements:
• This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
• Must be willing to work in Miami, Florida.
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
