Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day activities on the Business Operations team, with a primary focus on fulfillment of partnership promotions, marketing campaigns, and end-to-end delivery of discount offers, vouchers, and general account operations across four workstreams.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of offers, vouchers and general account operations across multiple workstreams i.e. Partnership Offers, Internal Giveaways
• Review, approve and create promotional vouchers based on business requirements, data insights and consumer intelligence
• Hands-on development of campaigns including creation of offers within custom catalog (CATS) voucher codes within internal tooling system (VM), campaign flow builds, testing and tracking end-to-end via custom tooling (SIGMA)
• Liaise with Tech teams on new offers capabilities, testing and production launches via test and prod environments
• Bulk tool operations management for large scale customer processes e.g. extension of offers, bulk cancellations, via internal tooling (CST)
• Develop, document, and ensure adherence to SLAs, processes, programs, naming conventions, and procedures to streamline Business Operations processes and delivery
• Closely monitor and analyze both voucher fulfillment throughout the campaign life cycle and performance trends between like campaigns and timeframes
• Effectively and clearly present high-level data insights and key findings across the organization to help turn promotions and campaigns into revenue drivers, using best practices and key learnings
• Strong understanding of Partnerships and Marketing technology infrastructure, offers constructs, and market complexities and limitations
• Scan the market for new measurement opportunities and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• 4-6 years relevant working experience
• Experience in Partnership or Marketing Operations strongly preferred
• Understanding of Campaign creation tools and systems strongly preferred
• Proven ability to effectively present data analysis and insights
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple business requests
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Great collaboration and facilitation skills to develop strong working relationships and excel as a team player within the organization
• Experience in OTT streaming products is a plus
• Detail oriented and proven success driving follow-through
