Intern - Digital Product Design

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Responsibilities
Exact responsibilities will vary slightly between each division and team, however the main responsibilities of any Digital Product Design Intern will include:
• Working on User Interface Designers led by the CD and Senior Designers
• Assisting in creating social media & digital advertising assets for our brands
• Assisting the creation of product team presentations
• Involved in project workshops and brainstorms and taking part in design presentations
• Liaising with internal/external stakeholders at various levels on a regular basis
• Contributing to ad-hoc projects, which may include conducting research and quick design iterations
• Maintaining calendar of events, adjusting according to changes in schedules
• Providing admin support to the team and additional support to the necessary Directors/VPs as required

Education
and Qualifications
You will be currently studying a degree-level or equivalent course, specialising in Graphic design or Digital Product Design, seeking a 12 month internship

Essential
• A passion for Broadcasting and Media (particularly an interest in film and/or TV) with a desire to develop career in Digital Product design, User interface design, Visual Design or User Experience
• Analytical with outstanding attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and ability to effectively prioritise and manage workload
• Proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a busy team
• Ability to work with confidential materials discreetly and responsibly
• Excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills; confident in communication with senior management
• Willingness to learn and ''can-do'' attitude
• Knowledge and experience of using Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Good eye for detail
• A passion to deliver high quality and innovative design work
• Strong office administration and IT skills; specifically PowerPoint, Keynote and Word
Desirable
• Animation skills
• Sketch (UI Design tool)
Requirements
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages may be useful
