Campus Intern Program Manager - Fixed Term Contract (6 months)

Responsibilities

The role is responsible for managing NBCUniversal's Internship Program, building strategic relationships with leaders and other teams across our business units to facilitate the recruitment of interns and execution of the Internship program. The role also looks after NBCUniversal's campus engagement strategy, maintaining relationships with institutions to ensure strong company branding and talent attraction through networking, career events and social media.

Qualifications/Requirements
Internship Program
Responsible for overseeing the Internship program end-to-end, including:

• Recruitment strategy: Pipelining and Sourcing Intern candidates via Campus Career events, promotions etc; Posting of job openings in individual school's portal and on BrassRing; Conducting assessment centres, shortlisting and interviewing intern applications in Singapore
• Program Marketing through social media and campus events
• Facilitating placements with line managers
• Development and implementation of intern-specific on-boarding and Induction program
• Facilitating performance evaluation with the line managers
-Enhance existing internship program to provide students a comprehensive experience through:
• Personal and professional development workshops utilising expertise within the business
• Building of intern community and alumni to build pipeline of future entry level talent
• Engaging Interns into the NBCU culture via Employee Resource Group participation
• Consolidation of campus events calendar
• Review and development of intern job descriptions
• Ongoing evaluation of internship program, ensuring alignment to business needs
• Managing queries from candidates via phone, email or through social media
• Drive conversion of intern alumni to permanent hires, promoting and championing intern alumni for all entry level roles

Employer Branding Initiatives

• Deliver and implement NBCUniversal's campus engagement strategy for Singapore and share best practices and support across other countries in region with Internship Program
• Design, develop and implement campus recruitment initiatives, including but not limited to career fairs, networking and industry talks
• Design, develop and manage inventories of campus collaterals and logistics
• Liaise with internship team across EMEA and US to share ideas, collateral and insight.
• Regularly promote and communicate Program activity to the regional Businesses / Leadership
